Yes, there are late penalties, mainly because it’s an inconvenience to the customers as well as to the business. Please bring you equipment back at the designated time slot.

All bookings not canceled within a 48-hour time frame will be non- refundable. Light rain is permitted when using a PWC. With heavy rain all bookings are cancelled, but rescheduled.

Yes, rentals come with 4k video footage if you book the correct jet ski. Action cameras are mounted on the jet skis in the best possible place to capture our clients in the best field of view. 

Rentals where the action camera cannot be mounted our clients are given the option to hold the cameras. Don’t worry they are 100% waterproof and come with a flotation device. So, if they fall in the water they can be retrieved.

Yes, we are licensed. We have successfully completed the Ontario boating and safety course with grants us the ability to provide clients with temporary operator’s license with the completion of a mandatory checklist.

Operating fast machinery has its dangers, but we will give clear instruction on how to properly operate the machinery and avoid fatalities or property damages. 

Fuel is included in hourly rental prices. Daily rentals need to bring back the fuel tank at the same level that it was rented out at. Unless there will be a charge associated with this. 

Yes all rentals require a deposit. 500$ for jet ski rentals 

1000$ for Hydrofly rentals. Contact us for deposits associated with any other equipment.
